Pilates & Prayer

Join us on June 13th for a soul-refreshing evening of movement and faith at The Athletic Society.

We’ll begin with a 45-minute Pilates class designed to strengthen, stretch, and reconnect you with your body. After class, we’ll transition into a heartfelt prayer group led with love and intention.

Co-hosted with Lauren, this is a space to slow down, breathe, and be filled spiritually as we come together in community.
