Faith Flow

Please join us for a 90 minute experience with our hearts, our minds, our bodies and Jesus. We will begin with STILLNESS by getting our hearts centered with a 20 minute devotional and prayer (led by Kimberley) then we will move into our next form of worship- MOVEMENT This is a fun blend of two powerhouses of wellness Yoga+Pilates, centered, rooted and a celebration of Faith. This class incorporates weight training, high intensity/low impact cardio, bursts, pilates principles and Yoga, and  features a restorative/Yin deep stretch cool down. The room is warm. Finally we will end with quiet rest (Shavasana) and prayer.

Open to all ages and abilities! Beginner, friendly different variations will be offered! Even if you want to come and lay on your mat and enjoy fellowship and worship-please join us🤍

A prayer jar will be in the lobby area! Please feel free to put a prayer or two…
