Candlelight Galsgiving

Join us for Candlelight Galsgiving, an evening of movement, gratitude, and connection in a softly lit studio surrounded by candlelight and beautiful violin music.

1. Arrive & settle in: Sign in, find your spot, and get comfortable.

2. Move by candlelight: Begin with 30 minutes of yoga flow, then ease into 30 minutes of Pilates, enjoying violin music throughout the workout.

3. Recover & reflect: After class, we’ll split into two groups. One will enjoy recovery while the other writes gratitude letters, then the groups will switch so everyone can experience both.

4. Enjoy & connect: During this time, help yourself to charcuterie and refreshments, catch up with friends, and mingle with the women around you.

A special guest appearance will bring an extra touch of music to the evening. Come with a friend or come on your own, we can’t wait to welcome you.
